Finishing up in New York

The crew at Three Oaks Construction just finished up our work in Moira, New York. This final phase lasted for 4 weeks and included all finish flooring, baseboard, finish stair trim and railings and finish work in the mudroom and closet trims.
The owner and a family friend.

This beautiful masonry heater was built by Adirondack Hearth and Stove in Ausable Forks, NY. You can see their website at http://adirondackhearthandstove.com

The kitchen hasn't been completed yet in this picture.

All the stair parts and railings were supplied prefinished by local cabinet maker John Delagrange, who also supplied and installed all the cabinetry. The stairs are a mix of cherry and hickory, beautifully finished in satin lacquer.

Last minute clean up in the hall near the pantry.

Simple site built pantry shelving.

This ship's ladder was salvaged from another renovation project.

The loft railings, ready for balusters.

There is a LOT of wood in this place!

The finished mudroom.

On to the next job!
